So, this is one of those times where you need to be patient cause theres alot of pictures. But, I promise not to ramble on and on about every single thing we did in MAUI. I'll point out some highlights and maybe in future posts I'll throw in a few more pics etc. We had a blast! BIG BEACH
Our guide on a snorkeling excursion caught this ahi.
Jen and I checkin out the hot surfers before dinner

Amazing views from our helicopter ride to west maui mountains and molaki.
Water is amazingly blue.
No that is not a fanny pack. It's an inflatable life jacket.

We went to a park to see if we could see anyone catchin some fish! The water was so beautiful.

The view from our hotel. We had our own private beach.
Big Beach again. The most amazing sand and crystal blue water.
Dinner at Cafe Ole. The best seafood ever. Not for my friends Jen and Jack.
No seafood for them....but all the food was great!

Big ACM weekend

So, the ACM"s were in town this weekend at the MGM Grand. Did anyone notice how freaking HOT it was? Maybe it's the combination between 105 degree weather and makeup. Doesn't always blend together. Usually every year that I work this event, I'm backstage having just walked 10,000 steps to get there with ALL my stuff. This year was so much sweeter!

I was hired to do Allison DeMarcus' makeup (wife of Jay from Rascall Flatts) for a hosting show on CMT that she was filming. So, not only did I have to get her ready for all of that, but also for all the Flatts stuff. The great thing....I just had to get her ready everyday in their suite at the Four Seasons. No lugging my stuff around. No walking a million miles. So easy! We did have a driver take us to the Annual Harley ride, the celebrity golf tournament and then the Fremont concert with Sugarland. Jay was so sick all day so he missed everything on Saturday. Sunday was so easy jut miserably hot! We spent 3 hours in the room hanging out getting Allison ready. Eating, painting toes, hair, makeup, dressing....it really was so fun. I think I made a new friend. Jay had a lot going on besides trying to recover from being sick. I went and got us all Sonic drinks. They love the Sonic ice even more than me! Hard to believe I know. The driver came to pick us up and take us to the red carpet. That is when the madness began. There were screaming fans everywhere. Freaking out over Taylor Swift AND my man Keith Urban. He is beautiful. I just had to make sure Allison didn't look sweaty at all. Easy enough. Well, not really with the heat. Anyways, it was a great weekend. I'm so glad I got to do something a little bit different this year!

Blessings, Birthdays, and Baby Rooms

Emerson Jane got blessed last Sunday. She was so stinkin cute. Notice how she's flipping me off though. What's up with that? I think she was about done with all the pictures. I did get a picture of ALL my five nieces. Aurah, Paige, Brooke, Brittney and Emerson. Fun Day.

Got to celebrate my friend Jackie's birthday. This is the first time we were all able to get together since April. Sad I know. But it was a good night out. Had a really great meal, saw a good movie and ate some "oh so yummy" Frieds cake. Went with the little Hawaii themed cake since WE WILL BE VACATIONING THERE in less than 4 weeks. YAY!

Finally finished decorating Hudson's room for the Yakubik family. Here are just a few shots. I LOVED the way it turned out. Cute room for a freaking cute baby. I'll post more pictures later!
