Preschool Graduation

Happy Day for these two cuties!

Aurah and Emmy had their preschool graduation.

And, it's actually Aurah's LAST preschool day before kindergarten next year!

They were so stinkin cute.

And funny.  Emmy was yawning.....and Aurah seemed more interested in her little boyfriend Carson.

I brought them mini Winchell sprinkled donuts.

And a sucker for Hadley of course.

So proud of these little girls.

And where in the heck does the time go???

My mom is better than your mom

Well, I know alot of you have great moms,

BUT

I think my mom is amazing, beautiful, and talented!

She has taught me how to serve others.

How to love unconditionally.

and the list goes on and on and on........

I am so lucky to have the parents and siblings I do.

So, my parents and I went to go check it out!

Although Dane didn't win, he got some kind of award

and we had a blast watching all the other cars!

Brae Lizzie Christensen

8 pounds 3 ounces

she is a cutie pie.

I was SO honored and blessed that Drew and Heather allowed me to come in and watch this little miracle be born.  I've had the opportunity to see 6 births now! I am so thankful to them.  It is the most awesome thing and I love all these little babies so dang much!

So, thank you!!!

The delivery went pretty smooth I think.

Maybe Heather should clarify. :)

But once we got to see her beautiful face,,,,it was all worth it!

She didn't cry for the longest time and they were really worried about her.

There was a slight chance they were going to have to take her to NICU.

But, after tugging all over her and basically slapping the hell out of her ( i was going to kill that nurse)

she finally cried. 

and it's the sweetest little cry i have ever heard.

I love you sweet baby brae.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

For those of you who know.....i like to celebrate my birthday for like a month.

This year was a little different. 

Schedules, previous committments, yada yada yada....

I only really got to celebrate twice.

But it was a great day!

And, yes.....so much of it revolved around food!

Especially my FAVORITE dessert.

Emmy's Rainbow Birthday

Emmy Jane turned 4.

She wanted a rainbow party.....and there was NO changing her mind.

So, Brittney outdid herself AGAIN!

She had rainbow pancakes.

Rainbow plates and napkins.

Milk in glasses rimmed with sprinkles.

Rainbow streamers.

Balloons.

T shirts with rainbows for the girls to color.

A rainbow cake.

(i'm sure their parents loved the sugar high)

And, rainbows to go.

It's all about the PARTY!

We decided to celebrate all three birthday kiddos since their birthdays are just days apart.

Brittney had all the family over for cake and ice cream. 

The cake was UNREAL!  It was so good!  Everything she cooks is awesome.
