My week started....

at leaving my house at 4 a.m. for a job! Ugh! I hate those early morning ones! Maybe even more than working 9 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. I haven't decided which one I hate more!

MONDAY...worked 12 hours for a commerical at Barney's New York
TUESDAY...worked another 12 hours for the Palazzo
WEDNESDAY...did errands, tried to sleep and prepare for working 9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
THURSDAY...felt like a zombie. Didn't sleep. Went to the doctor with my friend. Was so excited to crash but then realized I had a flat tire, and an oil leak. When it rains it pours. Spent until 10 p.m. trying to get it fixed.
FRIDAY...worked doing a photo shoot for Redbook Magazine. The article is on "The Hottest Husband" in the U.S. Do you recognize the wife? It's Dayna Rosselli from Channel 8 News. The shoot was a blast.....and her husband is seriously hot.
Went to the Women's Conference for my mom's stake. Went a couple hours early to help in the kitchen and then stayed after to help clean up.
SATURDAY....Had to leave my house at 7:30 a.m. for a few weddings. They all went great! Spilled makeup on my shirt and had to rush home to change before Aurah's 1st birthday party! She had her shots and was soooo sad but soooo cute. Got to see ALL my little kiddos. Got a picture of the 5 generations. Grandma Opal, Cheryl, Robin, Brittney and Emmerson. Went to a movie and it was so stupid. The company was fun though. Oh, and popcorn with butter. So good.

Savior of the World

I was asked months ago to be apart of the Savior of the World production at the Henderson Pavillion. To be truthful, I wasn't all that excited. Doing makeup for 80+ cast members each night for 5 nights....didn't sound all that appealing. But, it has been such a cool experience. It has definitely been a lot of hard work (theater makeup can always be a bit tricky)! I had a great makeup team working with me and we had a lot of fun! I was able to see the play for the first time last night and I really thought it was amazing. I feel really blessed that I was able to be apart of this great and amazing cast and crew.

I have to give a HUGE thanks to my family and friends who supported me the past couple of weeks by helping me every night from trimming the beards, attaching hairpieces, organizing all the makeup stations, making runs to various stores, loading my car...and just moral support! I would have never been able to do all that I had to without you guys! I'm glad you all were there for me! Sorry if I've been a bit stressed!

I had the opportunity to work with soooo many of the cast members but nightly had to spend some significant time with Joseph and the Savior. Every single person was so talented! Here's a few pictures from backstage.

She's finally here!

EMERSON JANE LEAVITT

Which now makes me the proud aunt to Brittney, Brooke, Paige, Aurah, Emerson, Drew, Drake and Dane! Being an aunt is the best!
