There's nothing quite like Kanarraville

So, it's a tradition to spend the 4th of July in Kanarraville, Utah. We have done this every year practically since I have been born. (a long time). This year, everybody got to come and then some! Amber, Brian and the boys came for the weekend and Jen & Jack spent most of the day Friday with us! We had such a great time. There's just something about a small town!

We went to Cedar City to watch the fireworks. We found a little grassy area and just relaxed and played with the kiddos until they started. It was a really good show. I LOVE fireworks!

On Saturday we went on this AMAZING hike. It's in Zion National Park through Kanarra Creek. I was looking forward to this for weeks! We got to see some incredible slot canyons and most of the hike was through water. It was the coolest thing ever to do! Can't wait to do it again. The only bummer was slipping on a rock and falling in the water. OUCH! It was SO worth getting up early to go. Thanks to everyone who went! It was a blast!
